Great check in. Room bathroom had mold on shower head and Dust and dirt all over A/C returns. Romm was never cleaned during my three day visit. Got towels from swimming pool area and gym.

The hotel was nice but getting someone to answer the phone for valet and bellman was non existent. You had to go down as you wait for the car and I had to go get our own cart to being down the luggage.

Beautiful hotel
The inside of the hotel is beautiful. A hotel room was really nice. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was exemplary. Housekeeping staff however, was not so nice. When we arrived at the room, we noticed that there were only two towels... No washcloths, no hand towels, no floor mat, and no iron. I called down to housekeeping to request these items and they said they'd deliver as soon as possible. We waited about 40 minutes, there was no delivery. We went out to enjoy the town, assuming that housekeeping will just drop off the items in the room. Return to the room that evening and no items. This went on like this for 3 days. Each evening I had to stop by the front desk to ask for towels, washcloths, hand towels. The front desk was very accommodating and professional, and provided these items immediately. Overall it was really nice day. Right there in the French quarter and right next to Bourbon Street. Walking distance from the French market and Cafe du Monde. If you stay here, there's no need for a car, because there's so much around you. And rideshare is easily accessible.

Great place to stay.
I loved the fact that the hotel was 20 feet from burboun st. We walked out the door & right into everything.The hotel staff was great help whenever asked for or about anything. The concierge was on deck for tours & valet was also great. Overall it was a great stay.

If you are in NOLA for Bourbon Street this is the ideal location. It’s in the corner of Bourbon and Canal Streets. There is also a street trolly stop across Canal Street.
