For the price of this hotel i fond it disappointing a light breakfast, or at least tea and coffee isint included in the rate.

No AC and mixed staff friendliness
Three staff were fantastic and one was plain rude. The hote was small and hot. There was an air conditioning controller in the room but no AC!!! When questioned on this the rude staff member basically said: “too bad!”

4 night stay in April 2018
4 night stay for our family of 4. Great location with easy access to Montmarte area and Galleries LaFayette. Close to Metro station and supermarkets. Breakfast selections not extensive but sufficient.

Great choice of Paris Hotel
Although it is a boutique hotel, our room 401 was spacious and has a great view of Rue de Lafayette. It is a short walk to a number of Metro, easy walk to Gare de Nord as well. Breakfast was not the best I had, but enough to start your day. The front desk staff are all professional and helpful, they all speaks English too. The hotel is new and are being kept clean all the time. Very happy with our stay!!!

Not a good experience. The room was oddly set up with the shower in the bedroom and no curtains either (we have to watch each other shower which is just an odd experience). For what we were paying to essentially not have a bathroom was just not good. The space was cramped and poorly set up. There were multiple problems with the room... the phone didnt work, the sink didnt drain, etc. The workers were also unable to give even basic directions in the city (basic help with the subways, or to rec restaurants, etc).
