Nice Hotel
Hotel room was comfortable and breakfast was nice however there was no bar fridge in the room so having cool drinks in the room after a hot day wasn't an option.

Really good value
The location was excellent. We were able to walk there from the train station and it was very close to attractions like the Duomo. The street is very upscale with high end stores nearby. There are lots of restaurants and shops and the area is safe. The hotel is a really good value. We got a family room that fit 5 people. It was spacious. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff was kind. The building is a little old but the property is well kept. Note that check in is on the 4th floor and the elevators are really tiny.

Perfect hotel, perfect location
A wonderful hotel. The staff were excellent. Friendly and professional. The hotel is central to everything and the view over the Piazza della Repubblica is perfect. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide choice. Pastries fruit, cereal and hot eggs and bacon. All in all a perfect stay, highly recommended. We will be returning.

This is an older property in a great location, middle of Florence. Outlets were few and under desks - causing us to leave one adaptor... No hot beverage making ability in room, which is a deal breaker for us. Not even hot/cold beverage courtesy in libby. This is quite pricey for a hotel lacking some basic stuff. Would not recommend.
