Fair
Rude staff who refuse to even let you in the door, mostly because the have drunks and homeless harassing people plus a rave club that goes every weekend next door.

Foot stomping good time
location is very central, minutes from the Central train station as well as the old town of Munich. It's "Oktoberfest", so the neighborhood is bustling with tourists, good beers were flowing and everyone was having a good time. The breakfast was excellent!

Hotel is nothing to write home about but the location is hard to beat. Shower head was kind of broken and wouldn't really stay up but at least the room was reasonably clean. Parking is actually €25 which was a bit of a bummer as the listed price on Expedia is €16. Woman at the desk let me know it was not her problem when I mentioned it. I wasn't trying to complain I was just saying they may want to update the info. On the plus side, since it's not actually the hotels parking garage, you get 24hrs parking for that price, so you can leave your car there even after you have checked out.

The hotel is literally in center of down town Munich. Its clean and staff is very helpfull. My only complain was the noise, our windows are shut but you can still hear the cars and people yelling until early morning hours.
