Staff was polite and courteous, great location if you’re going to Universal Studios or Hollywood bowl. Cheap Ubers to get to both to save on parking fees at venues.

Staff was very nice and helpful I would not consider universal studios to be in walking distance unless you really like walking but it was an easy $10-$15 Uber ride
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

Clean room, very comfortable beds, friendly staff, good air conditioning. Parking was $27.50 per night but staff allowed us to leave our car there all day after checkout so we could go to Universal Studios and return to get it in the evening. We appreciated that. Hotel is conveniently located near theme park within about a 15- 18 minute walking distance. I felt that the deposit for incidentals was a bit high at $200 for one night, but it was refunded within a few days on my visa. I would stay at this hotel again.

I really liked it – the rooms are clean, there’s covered parking, there are places to eat nearby, and you can walk to Universal Studios or take an Uber, which cost us $9. I’d definitely stay there again.

Some of the room like the plugs and bathroom door handles were loose but wasn’t that much of a bother. The staff were nice and professional and the housekeeper came in and gave us a new bedset and towels and even folded our kids blanket lol which was nice. Overall it was a good experience

Verified review

6/10 Good

Hotel parking was not great, and the carpet on our floor was dirty, and had stains. But was a comfortable stay just some minor upkeep problems.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Check in was fine and room was dated but alright. There is no breakfast but they have coffee. There is a very small, indoor pool. We were able to walk to Universal (not super short and uphill, but we managed), so at least that saved some money vs paying to park at Universal since you also have to pay for parking at the hotel. Overall the hotel is fine and a good enough location to access Universal, but no real amenities (not even bottles of water when you check in or anything).

Very walkable to Universal studios. Clean property, friendly staff. We had one minor issue with our room that was taken care of promptly. Great place to stay if you're visiting theme parks or touring Hollywood.

The staff was amazing. They took care of my issues quickly and professionally if any came up. The walk to universal was perfect for myself and my 7 year old. I’d stay here again.
