The property itself is quite nice and in a great location, though the 2 pubs close by make it pretty noisy until late in the weekend. The worst thought was the property management which has been abysmal
First it started when the day before, I did not receive the email with the check-in instruction supposed to be sent 24h before checking. I did not manage to contact them in the evening, so tried again in the early morning before leaving without success a well/
Finally in the train station, I manage to reach them on a call, and had to go through a long process to sign T&C, upload ID, pay a deposit, all of this on my phone while the train was about to depart... Quite an awful first impression, and stressful situation.
Then upon arrival to the property I noticed the Internet connection is not working, and after a few tentative to contact them it happens the Internet subscription was not topped-up... I was hoping this would resolve quickly but I stayed without wifi for the whole stay.
They did agree to compensate with a late complimentary check-out, which was nice, but even that did not went smoothly... The cleaning team still tried to get in early, while I was in the shower. And then I was called by the property management to inquire why I was not checkout yet... Seems like the different services did not communicate properly with each other, and I had to prove that a late checkout was agreed.
All in all, this made the overall experience quite underwhelming.
