Avoid Lobby Check-In
Be aware (as many other reviews say) of the horrible concierge experience, which will try to get you to go to a sales pitch. Even after I patiently listened and kindly said no and that I was busy, the guy was super rude and wouldn't listen. I eventually had to walk away mid-conversation. Ask for a curbside check-in if you can. They will make you go from the check-in desk to the concierge desk to get your wristband hotel key, which is obviously super convenient, but that's where they start the invite to the sales pitch. The 24/7 pool is a huge plus, but it's not cleaned well. A unique perk is the washer/dryer in the room. There's also a well-run Starbucks in the lobby! Rooms are a little small for a nice resort, and there are no balconies. The bathroom amenities are also super tiny for a hotel that doesn't offer daily maid-service. Be aware that if you do want maid-service, it's $75. Parking is free and feels very safe with security patrolling. Their pool towel system is weird and feels like a scam as you'll get charged if you don't turn in your towel key, even though there was no one ever there when we went to the pool, so we just brought our room towels. There is also a $250 damage deposit, which you get back after your stay. Overall, we felt like we were constantly having to avoid traps to pay extra. It's a nice hotel, but be careful here and read the fine print.

Great overnight stay.
Great overnight stay. Just wanted we wanted before heading off to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. Very quiet and we were able to get some good rest prior to heading to the airport. The gym was clean. Stay were lovely.

Disappointed because one of our room was not ready when we checked in, room had a strong odor and toilet was not flushing, team lead never contact me back for two days, I had to reach out to them everyday that I was there and only to be heard the day prior to checking out.
