It was a really nice stay. The free breakfast was really nice. The only down side was they didn’t give me the perks that were described on Hotel.com website.

Lovely! Diamond in the rough.
This place is adorable. Great food at the restaurant, service for breakfast and lunch was slow - but the staff is so warm and friendly we didn't mind at all. Rooms are lovely! I slept like a rock!

Good
bad choice for a special anniversary stay
Checking in we received a map, with our room circled. We spent a half hour looking for it when we realized the map was incorrect, in a maze of pathways. The room circled was wrong... not our room, and our room was actually unmarked. It was our anniversary, so this was particularly frustrating as we were carrying luggage, and had to find our way back to the car, move the car, and schlep out stuff again. My husband, a land surveyor (map maker) courteously went to the desk, engaged the receptionist, who apologized and promised to alert management, and make the corrections for other guests. Upon checking out, we decided to ask to look at their property map, and no correction as we suspected. It seemed to me that all the staff was just too inexperienced to be running a hotel. FYI, our room was 250 bucks. Also, the tv was not connected, the lamp did not work, the shower handle fell off in my hand. So, all I can say is, what a disappointment for a special occasion.

Get the balcony!
I thought the overall hotel was nice, the casita we stayed in the first night was kind of musky smelling, but we got an upgrade to the balcony and it was sweet!, if you decide to go spend the extra money for a balcony room with a fireplace!

Great room and service
It was great. The room was big and clean, we loved the gas fireplace and the little patio where we could sit and enjoy fresh air. All of the amenities were great. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Tucson.
