Staff was friendly & willing to give us advise on transportation & site seeing. Location was perfect 3-5 minute walk to trains. We had queen room with window. It was small but clean and had all we needed. If you travel with lots of luggage this room could be a challenge but as we travel very lite it was perfectly comfortable. We paid for the breakfast buffet and it was delicious. Fresh fruit , yogurt, eggs etc. and awesome coffee

Negatives We had a basement room, which was enough for one night. Bed was extremely hard, only way to be able to use the kettle was to sit it on a stall as no other visible plug to use. Hanging space was an over door hanger which when had clothes on covered the TV screen. Positives Location great for Buckingham Palace area, staff were very helpful and pleasant, buffet breakfast had a good selection although a little over priced
