We liked how easy it was to schedule transportation and had good experiences with Alex, our favorite cab driver! Areas of improvement would include opening up the East End coffee area as this was closed for our stay. Activities were abundant, drinks contained just the right amount of alcohol although had a negative encounter with one staff member in particular regarding a blended drink after having made 4 prior for other guests, which I was informed by such staff member after being reprimanded for politely asking for one.
