We stayed a night during the Easter holiday. Staffs were super nice and helpful. However, the hotel appeared quite understaffed, especially during breakfast. While the entrance sign asked guests to wait to be seated, there was no staff managing seating, so we eventually had to find our own seats after waiting quite some time. Only a handful of staff were struggling to keep up with the demand for food and clean plates for a full house. Despite the pressure, staffs were very professional and welcoming. Regarding the spa, while the view from the pool and sauna was beautiful, the facilities were very frustrating as nearly all lockers were out of order. One guest managed to find a working one, but it didn't open later, so she needed help. We liked the views, but we feel the overall spa experience didn't quite match the price.

This hotel was ok. First impressions were disappointing - I am not a high end luxury type but the hotel looked shabby and basic. A few suggestions for improvement... On arrival I asked about the swimming pool and was told that was extra. I said that I had known the spa was extra but that it had not been clear that the pool was in the spa. Looking back at their info now it does say that clearly but I am not convinced it was like that when I booked or I would not have booked as pool was a priority for me. Equally, listing kettle and coffee making to me suggests two different things so I expected - as in most superior rooms these day - to have a basic coffee maker. Instead there were two sachets of nescafe instant. The safe also did not work so had to get a maitenance person to fix and he also had to fix the door lock. Not the greatest start but also not the end of the world. Overall the hotel was very adequate and basics all fine. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, nice shower, suprisingly quiet given it was on a busy main streeet. Food was pleasant - nothing exciting but perfectly tasty. Only small point, no dessert at dinner. Does not need to be a high end gateau - a piece of fruit or small yoghurt would have been nice. Most positive were the staff who were mostly extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Overall - good basic hotel for a functional stay - less so for more of a relax and unwind experience.

Utbudet pÄ frukosten var begrÀnsat. Till exempel enbart margarin till smörgÄsen, enbart en sorts marmelad, apelsinjuicen var lite blaskig med mera. Rummet (long-stay lÀgenhet) var varmt, och om man drog för gardiner för att mörklÀgga vid lÀggdags fungerade ventilationen sÀmre. Resultatet blev att vi fick sova i ett ljust rum för att det alls skulle gÄ att sova. DÄlig information om att man skulle boka om man önskade stÀdning av rummet.

God pris, men den afspejles ogsÄ i et hotel, som er godt slidt, og hvor der er sparret pÄ bemandingen. Ved ankomst fÄr vi i fÞrste omgang et vÊrelse, som da vi kommer op til det, ikke er blevet gjort rent endnu (uredt seng som tydeligt er sovet i og skrald i spanden). Selvom vi ankommer et stykke tid efter check-in er muligt fra. Vi fÄr det byttet i receptionen. men ikke den store beklagelse at sporre hos receptionen. Der er dog en med arbejder der rejser sig og vil tage op og "tjekke om det er rigtigt" da vi gÄr mod det nye vÊrelse. Opholdet er billigt. Men lokalerne er ogsÄ godt slidt, og mange steder har tidens tand vÊret forbi. Til morgenmaden er der enormt underbemandet ifht. antallet af gÊster, og vi oplever flere gange at folk venter pÄ at der bliver fyldt op med fx. brÞd, Êg, granola, pÄlÊg. Morgenmaden er fra 7-10 og vi er der kl 9.15. Samtidig kan afrydningen i restauranten heller ikke fÞlge med, sÄ der stÄr bunker af service rundt omkring, for at folk kan skabe bare lidt pladser til at spise.

Fantastisk sted. Vi hade studio lejlighed. Der er kÞkken med opvaskemaskine. KÞl og frys kogeplader og mikroovn. Men der er ikke service. Det skal man selv have med. Dejlig stor altan. Og lÊkkert lille spa til en billig penge. Dejlig stor morgen buffet. Der manglede ingen ting. 10 min gÄgang til nÊrmeste supermarked. TÊt pÄ MalmÞ sÄ alt i alt intet at klage over.
