Ruined cabin amazing hotel
Really convenient check in. We lost power on a mountain cabin Christmas Eve night around 6:30, we were snowed/iced/down power lines and trees in until morning luckily able to make it out made the reservation in the car in under 5 min. Even though our Christmas cabin got ruined this was by far one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in; balcony, fireplace and an incredibly comfy king sized mattress! Pigeon forge is not the type of town for us but if it is for you this is a great clean hotel with excellent service. Splurge for the king room if you’re a couple so worth it.

This was not good. The room was supposed to have a river view. It did not. They said to take it up with hotels.com. The fireplace did not work opened soap in the bathroom no shampoo or conditioner. Only 1 elevator worked. The hotel smelled like the pool area. It was not good. And definitely not worth 592.00. All of the issues and all I was told was to take it up with hotel’s.com

The room had fireplace that didn't work.The river view was 2 streets over.When we got there they said they didnt have are room. In stuck us in a room with half bathroom. Bathroom sink was in the living space by the closet. I thank they just put the room together.

Worth the Money
Staff is very friendly, room was clean and bed was comfortable. They are remodeling by adding another elevator but didn’t bother anything. Room had a balcony with a view of the river with geese. Pool was open, indoors, but we didn’t use. Breakfast is grab and go as many places are right now. Hotel is not in crowded area, but still on main strip, so allows for some peace and quiet. Convenient to walk to some restaurants. Will definitely be booking again soon.

Stay at Country Inn in Pigeon Forge
The Country Inn was in the process of construction in different areas of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved our view of the water and side view of the mountains.

The room was not a good set up. Bathroom sink was not in the bathroom. Bathroom itself was very small. Room was so large and everything was condensed to one area and then a large empty floor area. Balcony door would not stay closed.
