Breakfast biscuits and French toast sticks hard. Equipment didn’t work. Definitely older and overused facility. I will definitely look elsewhere in the future.

No airport shuttle that night.
Hotel listing says shuttle from airport runs until 10pm. There was none. Hotels said to take cab and they would pay the cabby when I arrived which they did. I was out five bucks from tipping the cabby which is not the end of the world and it's not the front desk guy's fault that the other guy didn't show up but the pandemic is long over...staffing should no longer be an issue.

Good location - great service
The hotel was very comfortable They are planning a remodel we were tol and it does show signs of age but none that negatively impacted our stay, Heavy snow in the are was an issue but the parking are and sidewalks were passable. Pool was closed which was a disappointment.

A no frills hotel in a location close to my meetings (as well as plenty of food options). Shuttle service is offered but very slow to arrive - take an Uber. Staff was friendly. Rooms were worn, dated, and somewhat clean but no major red flags. Breakfast was sufficient and edible. Has amenities such as pool and fitness center.
