The people working the place and texting of management was excellent. Workers we very nice and valet was quick and happy to be there. The view is amazing. They have a store to buy supplies on the property that is decently priced. Great restaurant and shops on location. Its a very short walk to the beach and lagoon. They have some chairs to take to the beach. The refrigerator and cooking appliances work properly. There is adequate kitchen supplies to cook. The room needs TLC. The drapes have holes in them and the they don't work from the draw string. The drapes in the living room curtain has mold on it near the ac unit. The shower handle in the master falls off. There is no light cover on the ceiling fan in the master. The spare bathroom shower curtain has urine and human excrement splattered on it and needs to be changed. They have 1 towel for each person that can stay there, no extra. They have extra pillows but not extra pillow covers and the people who have used the pillows, their hair is still on the pillow. The air vent in the kitchen needs to be cleaned. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Over all its a good location to stay but needs to be cleaned. I would stay here again if it was cleaned up and in proper working condition.
