When we got there the daytime duty staff at the reception desk (only one staff at the reception desk) was no where to be seen. Waited for a good 15 mins before we saw her coming out of the bathroom! Left our bags behind the reception as it was too early to check in. When we checked into the hotel that evening, the room was so dirty and dusty that we requested for a change of room. Luckily the nice night shift staff, Ms Kim was so accommodating and kind and changed us to a much nicer and cleaner room. Thanks Ms Kim. The hotel should have a back up staff at the reception.

Great value hotel! The property and the room were very clean. Amazing soaking tub in their standard room! Breakfast included was an added bonus with a good selection at breakfast. We went in the summer and noticed the hallway’s and lobby air conditioning was not on, which seemed unpromising. However, the AC in the room worked great and cooled down very quickly. It’s a steep 5 minute walk from/to Dong Daegu train station. You can cut thru the Shinsegae department store, for an easier commute to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again! An amazing bargain for couples and solo travelers, though there weren’t many amenities for families or people traveling with children.

No frill hotel. Room and toilet areas are huge which was nice. The negative part, there are no hooks or rod in the toilet to hang anything. There are limited power sockets and there is no air con in the room, we asked the receptionist about it and we were advised that they off the central air con due to winter season and customers can buy their own fan if they feel warm.
