    Everything! This is my new go to hotel in NYC. Carl at the front desk is amazing, helpful , engaging and hotel is lucky to have him. Lobby library area with fireplace, perfect for any waiting or just a place to have coffee and read the paper. Restaurant on site delicious for breakfast and full for dinner so must be great. Great bathroom!

    Pleasant stay at the Park South Hotel Feb 2020

    We stayed at this hotel on our first trip to NYC in Feb 2020. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning and evening doormen were always there to greet us and help us which was nice. Rooms were clean but could use a little touch up. Location was fantastic as the 28th-Park Avenue subway was right outside the door on the corner. Also, fantastic bagel shop a couple doors down. Easy access by taxi to and from the airport. Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. Easy walking distance to Midtown sightseeing attractions.
