Localização excelente, no coração da Savassi. O custo do estacionamento é justo e o atendimento da equipe de recepção foi muito bom, sempre atencioso e cordial. Como é comum nesse segmento, o quarto é bastante compacto e não dispõe de frigobar. O valor do café da manhã é elevado em relação ao que é oferecido. Identifiquei um vazamento na pia do banheiro que, por estar integrada ao ambiente do quarto, acabou gerando certo incômodo. Além disso, o corredor, por ser acarpetado, apresenta um cheiro forte característico de ambiente fechado.

Há muito tempo não ficamos em um quarto tão ruim (inversamente proporcional à aparência de bom). Paredes do BWC mofadas e com infestação de mosquitinhos. Travesseiro com mal cheiro, de suado. Chão claramente sem limpeza há tempos. A janela parecia nevada, pela sujeira ao lado de fora. Se fosse $200 até poderia compensar, em razão da localização. Mas paguei MUITO mais que isso, pra ficar mal acomodado. Isso compõe a sensação de ser enganado.
