Great location near Brindley place and broad street. Good to have private parking, however a bit expensive. Nice breakfast. Got a complementary sparking pink fizz on arrival which was a nice touch and upgraded to king room. A bit of noise if facing the main street but not too bad.

Great hotel in the centre of the action on Broad St. but rooms were really quiet. Breakfast was good value for money with plenty of choice. All the staff that we encountered were really nice. My only reservation was that the bar is too expensive, we just had one and then went elsewhere. We may have partaken of a couple more if the price had been more reasonable. Would still recommend though.

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully decorated hotel. It features a stylish bar, restaurant, and gym (although we didn't have the chance to use the gym). We stayed in a room with two double beds, which was spacious and included thoughtful touches such as an espresso machine and a large TV. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warm July weather. Breakfast offered a great selection, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great stay at the Royal Leonardo hotel in Birmingham. Great room, booked an executive room which was worth the little bit extra. Quiet,clean and friendly staff on checking in. The location is excellent near to Brindly Place for good restaurants, within walking distance to Bullring and central areas(New street train station) Hotel has its own car park, but can be busy if you arrive later in the afternoon/evening.

Room allocated had not been well cleaned , but re-allocated room really felt like an "upgrade" (except windows obviously never cleaned! ~ spoils the views) Lifts inadequate for such a large and busy hotel ~ so I used the stairs and they are horrible!! (Not carpeted or clean, except for 1st floor). However, staff are so helpful and kind and efficient that the stresses of staying there are minimised.

The dining room had very sticky tables not enough staff to clear and reset tables, also the hot drinks machines were not working, no member of staff available to help. The breakfast food was very good. Car park difficult to get into and was very wet on second floor.
