Extremely outdated hotel and this goes for room, bed, towels. Amount of chemicals used caused asthmatic, respiratory issues. Would never stay here again.

The place is nothing fancy. But it is fine for a low cost stay on Miami Beach. The parking was $15 and was adjacent to the rooms. So everything is convenient and clean if not luxurious.

When I arrived, I had to wait for nearly 15 minutes before someone arrived to check me in to the hotel. As it turned out, both staff members were away from the hotel having a cigarette. There were no signs to say the front desk was unattended. It was a very disappointing impression.
