Whatever you do, if they try to give you room number 138, don’t take it, ask for a different room. It smells like mold the dirty socks. Generally I love Marriott hotels like residence inn, But this was the worst one like it I have ever seen. They need to spend some time getting rid of the foul smell in the north east corner of the building.

Overall, our stay here was a pleasant experience. It started out rough as the rooms I had booked on Hotels.com were not what I received and did not accommodate our group. I learned that is best to book with the hotel straight because you'll actually get what you reserved. Thankfully Ezequiel was above and beyond helpful with getting the situation worked out so we would have enough beds for everyone on our group. Had he not done that, we would have been forced to find an additional room at another hotel. Beyond our room issues, staffing was low due to COVID. With last minute influx of spring break reservations this created issues getting checked in. We did our best to understand as no one really knew what to expect for spring break this year. The breakfast wasn't worth grabbing. Other hotels in the area (Home2 by Hilton) had a much better offering and hot grab and go options. Overall, the room was clean, the bed slept well, and we didn't have any other issues. Honestly though, if it hadn't been for Ezequiel at the front desk, this hotel would have not gotten a good review. He truly redeemed this stay for us.

Room was not clean. Smelled like old pizza, there was garbage in the bins. Asked for cleaning service. They only offer cleaning service for 8 night stay. "Due to the pandemic" However, we've stayed at Embassy Suites across the way and Sheraton and they both had cleaning They offered to bring cleaning supplies so we can clean it ourselves. Stay at an airbnb. We had 4 little kids with us. The room needed to be cleaned daily.

My stay was amazing. Check in was quick and the staff was very friendly. I had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious and clean. Location was great and in the vicinity of a lot of restaurants and shops, including amusement parks.... I would definitely stay again.

This hotel provided a great experience overall. Friendly staff, very nice rooms and great service. Downside the arcade area isn't all that big, but the kids enjoyed spending my money so I suppose it did the job lol. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
