The hotel was wonderful. The breakfast was great. The people were superb. The room was comfortable, however it was very small, bed was comfortable.

The staff were all friendly with excellent service minded. Jonathan at the reception was very correct and Hana Majid at breakfast was very jolly. The rest of the breakfast staff were also cleaning picking up dishes and making sure everything was spot on and tidy for the next guests.

The service was excellent, I felt like home. The rooms could improve their sound isolation, and have better lights in the bathroom, but my room was perfectly clean and neat, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The location is great if you are using public transport /walking.

Great location, staff and breakfast!

Hotel is very centrally located, right next to Arlanda express and close to central station. The breakfast was very nice, lots of juices/smoothies and variety of foods. Everything was as great except the ice machine wasn’t working and I was given conflicting information about where to get ice. Phone jack in room was loose, so phone only worked if I pushed the jack into the wall while on the phone.
