    Horrible super 8 hotel
The front desk man froman was rude and condescending , we went to the parks Saturday and came back to a room we couldn’t get into when we finally did we realized someone had been inside because all the dirty towels were gone but our bags had been gone thru all of my undergarments were on the bed the bed was unmade all the trash was still in the room and when I went to call the manager I realized the phone in the room didn’t work and when I went to the lobby to discuss what had happened he was no where to be found then that night the handy man ( small little Asian man ) was constantly trying to get into the room first occurrence was around 830 when we were laying down watching tv when we heard someone putting a key card in and trying to open the door when I proceeded to figure out what was going on the door was slammed into my face by the handy man who looked shocked to see us there then offered us towels and all night the same thing hearing the door handle move and the key card slot being played with this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at the complete worst .

    Very good 8.0
It’s nothing fancy but serves it purpose
Overall it was fine for what we needed it for. We were there for 6 days and the big volleyball tournament happening at the convention center. The good parts were: it was close the the convention center, public transportation, restaurants and even stuff to do. If you wanted to rent a car Alamo is across the parking lot. Less than a 5 min walk. The not so good is yes it might have been updated but when it’s not maintained or cleaned well it starts to show it’s age. The carpet floor really needs a good shampoo. It was kinda gross. The shower caulking needed a good scrubbing. When you step out of the shower brace yourself to step down a little more. It’s not level with the floor. That was a little scary the first time. If I hadn’t caught the door I definitely would have been on the floor. For some reason they came in our room everyday and took our towels but didn’tleave clean ones.Had call down a couple times to get towels. Room was cleaned every pm but not till 4 or 5. The a/c was a little loud but it drowned out the sound from everything else. Kept the room pretty cold at night. Had to ask for an extra blanket to stay warm:) Beds were fine. Except I dont like little square pillows. I’ve stayed enough in the budget hotels lately to know that this seems to be a normal thing. Lastly we did find a pair or men’s underwear under the bench. And no it wasn’t ours. Breakfast was pretty limited to simple foods I would stay again purely on price and location.

    Fair 4.0
This is my first time staying in super 8. Over all you get what you pay for . It’s honestly literally for a one night stay if you can’t afford a better hotel . The walls were all cracked filled with dirt . The room was super hot because they didn’t have the AC running , but I did called the attendant and they assisted with the AC the door and a tricky way of closing it once you leave the room . You have to make sure to turn the door knob from the inside and hold it all while holding the door knob on the outside and shift it the same way you have it shift on the inside to have the door closed right behind you . The toilet seat was dirty I was in total disgust . The curtains were hard to closed so people wouldn’t see inside my room I literally had to force it to close it . The hallway to walk upstairs to my room was a hot mess looks like piss all over the floor and people were smoking marijuana in the halls it was so embarrassing to say the least especially that I had two of my children with me . I honestly never had an experience like this before I figure let’s get something affordable since we are only sleeping in for one night in the hotel but I honestly rather get something a little more expensive . It was my fault for picking this place because of the price . Never again . Great helping staff but over the place looks like a dump .

No towels, bad service and stolen property
The first day there they were behind and did not have a room ready. We left our stuff at the front counter upon returning our daughters make up kid was unattached from my luggage and the lock open. Getting into our room it was clean except the bathroom they had not cleaned it. There were no towels, soap or shampoo. We had to go ask they did not have towels available at that point. We went about our business and asked for towels later. They gave us 3 which was not enough for our family. The next morning we went to give our son his medication which was a narcotic and left on the counter in a bag with all the other medications and it was gone. It was the only one missing and all the others still in the bag. I reported it and the house keeper Tatina said she was going to figure and out and never did and never touched base with us again on the issue. The sink was plugged when we left and it was reported they never fixed it. By the time we left it was completely full of dirty water etc. Numerous times they just put towels in toilet area and did not touch bathroom ( I took pictures for future needs) I once again had to go to get towels as they did not clean bathroom and she went to get some out of a basket and she said ummm Ill have them bring them up. I said we need them now cant I get some from that basket she stated umm they really are not very clean. So 30 dollars later we bought towels and just used them. I recommend you NOT stay at this place.

Cheap and Crappy at your service
This motel is located right off of International Drive, the main strip in Orlando, Florida. The rooms are ok, semi-decent beds, tv is programmed to have both analog and digital channels they both show up, ex: 41 and 41.0, the toilets are a little smaller then normal and the shower head in my room was down right nasty. It had build up deposits on it and the water was wrong, hot got cold and cold got hot. Front desk said they were sorry and they would look into it. Which means nothing happened. The place claims to give a free breakfast, but its from 6:30 to 9:30. I came here multiple times before it was a great and if they ran out of something they would replenish it. Now they say just tell you sorry come earlier. I'm sorry but how is that fair?? The one day i woke up on my vacation extra early to get breakfast for my family, the small and cramped area that they serve breakfast in, they serve a total of 18 danishes and 16 muffins, once those run out, you don't get anything. If the toast runs out, Guess what you Get NOTHING!!! They use to replenish everything before, many times my family was able to get food even if it ran out. Now they have a nasty little lady who yells at you and says "sorry, get up early next time". Like seriously?? this should not be happening at all. The people who ran this place before would have done everything to help you in whatever manner you need, now they just care if you pay them on time. This place disappointed me to a whole new level.
