Do not recommend
Good: Reasonably conditioned hotel Bed is comfortable View of Mount Fuji when weather allows Bad: location of the hotel is not ideal as it is not within the busy Shibuya shops/restaurant area (if one stays in Shibuya they would want to experience the bustle hustle of the district) especially no good for the skybridge long stairs that you will need to walk cross from the train station when you are tired after a day’s outing. Hotel staff were not very welcoming in general. Hotel booking staff did not try to accomodate guests’ requirement for view of the Shibuya cross side. Breakfast is very expensive. In summary, I will not stay here or recommend this hotel given the price is not cheap but location/service is not ideal.

If cigarette smoke bothers you, stay away
This is a modern five star hotel that has much to recommend it. It is new and in a great location and fine views from the higher floors. Unfortunately, it stinks of tobacco smoke. The hotel was fully booked and there was no way to escape the stench. Why, why, why do hotels in this modern day-and-age permit cigarette smoking?????? Even in streets smoking is restricted in many places in Japan (see attached picture of a smoking kraall from Ikebukuro shopping district).

Not worth it - on any score
Checkin staff are not welcoming. Staff do not speak English eg. waiters do not know “bread”. Excessive prices for Bar - not only is there a cover charge for guests staying in the hotel but each person MUST have a drink - it is not enough for a person to have something to eat - even if their companion is drinking - each person must order a drink - this is preposterous and the view isn’t that good. Terribly busy location in Shibuya with a lot of roadworks going on around the station, which itself requires a compass to navigate.
