    Nice rooms

    not the most convient in terms of location but the shuttle to the airport is handy. The rooms are better than I would expect from a lower cost hotel/inn. The breakfast (while free) wasn't great, however it was free so can't complain too much.

    Clean, comfy room. Breakfast was bare minimum but ok. FYI, they have a parking area for people going to the airport. Because of this there were a lot of people hanging around the front door, parking lot and lobby. I guess that they were waiting on shuttles to the airport. It seemed a little unsafe.

    Great hotel. Front desk staff was friendly. Mark was fantastic! The hotel was clean and had a nice breakfast. The restaurant on site is great! I was bummed that the pool was still closed.

    Would not recommend.

    Very, very short staffed. Shuttle service was extremely slow (we waited at the airport over an hour after a full day of travels), male underwear was found in back of our hotel room couch, there were silver fish on the bathroom floors at night and breakfast was a plain bagel. We were grateful to leave.

    Hampton Inn less some services

    Typical Hampton Inn layouts, comfort, and service. The pool is still closed, which is unfortunate for summer travelers. Breakfast was OK, but not as complete as the usual Hampton Inn breakfast, supposedly due to COVID restrictions. The staff who order breakfast foods and paper goods were obviously not keeping up with demand. On our 3rd day, they ran out of milk, some bagel flavors, cups, and napkins. They used the individually sealed cups that they put in the guest rooms, and rolls of paper towels for napkins. Everyone made due. The hotel is obviously understaffed. Unless you request room servicing, they don't even come in to empty the trash and neaten up the beds.

    Tip already added to your bar tab/food to go order

    Just a quick stay over on way to airport but went down to the hotel bar had a couple drinks paided my tab and left the bartender a cash tip only to find out that the hotel already adds a tip on to your check no matter how big your party is. And they don't tell you and there's no signs letting you know this so be forwarned. Wonder how many other this has already happened to?
