Stayed for 8 days and I loved the place, close to restaurants and plenty of public transport. Ambience of the hotel was very good and I would definitely revisit this hotel again for my next stay. Highly recommended. Thanks for the excellent service

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
Our room wasnt ready when we arrived. We had to wait for over an hour before it was ready. They promised us drink vouchers for the inconvenience but then gave us nothing. Then our room the sheets were covered in hair we had to get them changed. The toilet was filthy and the shower curtain had poo on it. They did clean those up as well. It was not a pleasent stay. In fact they apologized for nothing which makes it worse.

It was the second stay at Kohinoor within a few weeks. I enjoyed the few days there: the team at the reception (especially Lavina), the team taking care of luggage or in the restaurant (Umesh and all the other guys) were very nice and helpful. Thank you to all of you !

Very nice experience. The hotel is very close to Mumbai airport (roughly an 8 to 10 minute taxi ride away) if you're willing to wade into the chaos of trying to secure a prepaid taxi or Uber, and if you want an affordable hotel during an overnight layover or short trip, this is a convenient place. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean and have all the necessary amenities. The hotel is right in the middle of an unbelievably noisy area, and it's hard to even carry on a conversation in the lobby, but the room itself was surprisingly nice and quiet. Overall, an excellent value for the price and a convenient hotel very close to the airport.
