Ok but not Ok
We were excited until we saw the room..i asked for a 2 bed and they gave me 1 bed and frontdesk told me after that they were all out..they could of accommodate me. Then pillows and blankets had stains..we asked for xtra blankets and when we got it they accused us or my kids of smoking in the room that they called security to check.

Needs a renovation
Hotel smells rough cigarettes and some weed. The carpet is horrible in the hallways must be removed. Stayed 2 nights and noticed a cochroach in the bathroom. The shuttle driver Ryan is great and very helpful. The shuttle leaves on the hour and he took me to get my rental car which was very convenient. Hope they fix this place up but I won’t be returning.

Reserve A Premium Room
When we arrived we were given a room that far away from the elevator and had a smokey smell to it. The hotel clerk graciously changed our room to one that was not smokey. The curtains in the room were unhooked and disheveled. I called to ask someone to fix it in the morning. We were gone all day and returned to them in the same condition. I called once more. Due to the hour 11PM, no one could come. It was important to us because the light came in at 6AM. We rigged it and it wasn't great. In the morning, around 8AM we woke up to a headboard banging away. Not optimal for sleep. The overall hotel needs updating (cottage cheese ceilings and carpet to name two). I understand the premium rooms are upgraded. They looked much better. The front desk person was kind to give us one hotel fee off our room price. It was appreciated.
