While the employees were nice… the room left a lot to be desired given the cost. No dishes or kitchenware. As in zero. Had to go to lobby and was given a bin with, a few plates, 1 fork, 2 knives, spoon and glasses. The burners on stove were all rusted. No coffee pot. Refrigerator door battered. The pull out bed = awful. Queen bed had stained bedding. Filth between mattress and box spring. Needed bedding for pull out… had to retrieve from desk and they only had one sheet and a junky blanket. Spent almost $200 for one night and I would never again.

When we arrived in our room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room, though all rooms are non smoking. We told the service desk we could not stay due to this. They cancelled our room and helped us find another place to stay. Though they were extremely helpful, they were already aware of the room issue. They shouldn’t have even allowed this room to be booked.

Less than expected
The place is nice cosmetically and service needs work. They need a bell to let them know when someone is waiting to speak to someone or check in/check out. The bed was so uncomfortable. Other than that not bad for a night a two.
