Curfew for visitors at 9pm - what??? Billed as 5-star hotel but in reality, a long way from the top level. You are given an apartment. It's OK. No cleaning services which is OK. Adequate, but 4 stars at most. Staff are friendly, but often not there. Felt like I was on the sub-continent, not Australia. A case where the advertising and the reality are not matched.

Facilities location was fine, room size was fine. Requested a king bed, got two singles beds joined to together to make a large double, i just love having a gap where the two mattresses meet to fall into Large double bed is not a king bed. Some extra pillows, and extra bath towels in the bathroom would have been a nice touch, as would supplying a tea towel in the kitchen along with a cutting board, cant see the point in having shaping cutting knives but nothing to use as cutting board. Some readers may say all minor points but to me , attention to detail is important. It makes the world of difference between a great stay and a just okay stay.
