I had the most wonderful time. It was a shame that the main restaurant was not open on a Monday night, but the food was delicious and the breakfast was amazing! I loved the ambiance of the morning room with the music in the morning. The grounds are stunning and the spa services were very good too. I would say that my room was spacious and overall I was very happy although it could have done with a lick of paint as there were quite a lot of marks on the walls. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone. 10/10 :)

Popped in for a coffee. Neil looked after us so well and was such a pleasure, we decided to come back the next day for a two night stay!

Overall a lovely relaxing stay. Just a shame the michelin star restaurant is only open for 3 nights a week, meaning just the brasserie by the spa is open all week - which is fine for lunch but not really an evening place. The bath could have done with some extra cleaning also (limescale and black mould).

Very underwhelming. When you pay£800 a night you expect a high level of service. The staff failed to deliver on many fronts: - even before I arrived I found the hotel to be very poor at replying to email requests for dining reservations etc. see for yourself.. email Reservations@lucknampark.co.uk with an enquiry. You will be lucky to receive a reply within 4 days. - at the spa, whilst relaxing by the pool in the sunshine, I asked an attendant staff member for a glass of water. She told me that she “didn’t have any plastic cups” and that I would have to exit the spa and walk to the Brasserie and ask them for a glass of water! How’s that for service! - whilst walking through the maze of courtyards I became a little lost and asked a member of the housekeeping staff for directions. She pointed and gave a long set of directions but I thought she could have at least escorted me to where I needed to go. They could learn from a visit to Homebase where staff are trained to provide this service! All in all, I found the staff to be morose, non-smiling and lacking any motivation or initiative. Further, I wasn’t told that the Michelin starred restaurant wasn’t open for the first half of every week. This was a main factor in me choosing to stay at the hotel. The hotel lacks solid leadership and management from what I can see. It is sloppily run and standards are low for a hotel of this stature. I would not go back to Lucknam Park.

The standard of everything was the highest - from the training of the staff, the maintenance of the grounds, the facilities and the food - everything was spot on. They went out of their way to make a special birthday extra special, with spa treats and bubbly. The food in both the Hywel Jones restaurant and the Brasserie were superb, as was the service. A fabulous place which we would recommend to anyone

Service was terrible, worlds away from 5 star/ Michelin Star. Average wait time after a drinks order was a good 20 minutes. That said, food was lovely, SPA amazing, but service does not warrant the price. I refused to pay the service charge.

I stayed Saturday to Sunday and used the Spa on the Sunday which was great because it was quiet and visiting the spa was the main purpose of my stay. The treatments I had were excellent! The rooms are quiet and very comfortable and I ate in the Brasserie both nights. The food was excellent but the menu stays the same and is rather limiting buyers, steak, pizza with a couple of fish dishes.

Very lovely beautiful cozy place. Our room was a bit on the small side however and breakfast was not good at all. £32 for some avocado on toast and service was bad
