Comfortable room.
Our room was in a separate building to the main hotel and so there was no hotel atmosphere and the main door to get in did not always hope easily.

This property is in a great central location, only a short walk from the train station. Hey he rooms are large and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. But the real highlight was the extremely friendly and helpful reception staff who made our stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in central Stockholm.

Staff a bit disinterested, internet very patchy on the 6th floor but other than that room was very nice, clean and I felt very comfortable in it. There was a bit of street noise at night but I guess it is to be expected being in the centre of Stockholm. I also found it extremely convenient to move around for my various business meetings and find it very well located.

Professional, 5-Star service!
We arrived excited about using the sauna when days were getting much colder in Sweden. It turned out that they would be closed due to Covid but reception and hotels.com failed to let us know. We were disappointed but the way that our disappointment was handled was so professional - we got a room upgrade to a much bigger and more comfortable room (and the one we had was already super comfortable) and then when the wifi did not work properly in our room they went beyond to accommodate our needs and eventually we also got some money back and a breakfast package before our very early morning flight. The staff at Kom Hotel really did their best and I find this incredibly commendable. I would really recommend this hotel for the spaciousness, the great central location and the options that you get.

strange but perfectly nice
Had a good stay at the Kom. It's very quirky though so prepared for a slightly different hotel experience. We checked in at one building but the hotel rooms we were staying in were in another building and the car park was down the hill a little and we had to use a key and open/close the car park ourselves, so comfort/convenience was a bit of an issue but despite the strange first impressions the hotel in general was very clean and comfortable. There's no problem here and I'd be happy to recommend it because it's very handy for facilities and attractions in several directions whether that's luxury shopping, old town or Palace district it's all walkable
