When booking flight, it showed parking was included. When we arrived to check in, not only did we find out it was not included but you had to pay for every day and that parking was full and not available. Was made to look around offsite for parking. Terrible.

The pool area was great but the room had a lot of wear and tear. Needs better appliances in the Kitchen, toaster only toasted on one side. Great location but for the price charged they need to look at upgrading some parts of the room. But overall enjoyed my stay as I always do in Oahu.

Room was clean, modern, and comfortable! Stayed in a partial ocean view room with a kitchenette and it was great. As for the hotel lobby, elevators, and hallways, definitely needs work. Not only dated looking, but also not the cleanest. Needs a deep clean. BUT, the room was clean, which was the most important to me. As long as I had a nice place to crash after being out all day, I was fine with it
