perfect
Cinnamon bear, a lovely bed and breakfast in a fantastic town, both room and bathroom very clean. cooked breakfast is done on a three day rota, either eggs, pancakes or french toast, it was french toast day, at first we were a little disappointed as we were hoping for pancakes, that disappointment didn't last long, the cinnamon french toast filled with cream cheese and marmalade was to die for, so good I had seconds. Mammoth lakes is wonderful place to explore, wish we could have stayed longer. Book with confidence, you WILL NOT be disappointed.

Disappointed
I called and left a message concerning accessabilitydue to a forest fire in the area and never got a call back. When I did arrive, i just happened to catch the owner leaving (about 7 pm), otherwise, my key was left in an envelope by the door - accessible to anyone. Was not impressed with the location or cleanliness of the building and surrounding area.

Needs Updating
Okay welcome and check in and nice touch with happy hour with two free glasses of wine and cheese and crackers. The room however was not quite as we had expected from the description. It's in need of an update as is the bathroom and the bed has seen better days, very uncomfortable. The outside is also in need of some work and hasn't had a lick of paint for sometime. The location is good with easy walking to restaurant's and bars and a short drive up to the lakes.

Very basic accommodations. And no AC!
Very bare-bones accommodations. No in room coffee, microwave, or refrigerator. And no air-conditioning! Breakfast was meager, and didn’t even include fruit. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
