We loved the corner room - top floor, windows both sides, very big, lots if space. Decent size table. Micro wave wasn't clean, 2 large bags of garbage were on a landing in stairwell i used for 24 hours.

      Ok

Cleaning could be improved both in common areas and room. Lift was slow and not swept out for 3 days we were there. Breakfast available but get it from lobby and take it to room. No skim milk 🤔

      Short stay Vancouver

Found 3pm check in too late. The building has only 1 lift and unfortunately during my stay it required servicing. Front desk staff pleasant.

Cringe. That’s so I can say.

I’m sorry, but EWW. Our room was cringe worthy. The walls, doors, curtains…everything was not cleaned for a very long time. The curtains and walls look like they’ve never been cleaned. My sheets were covered in black hairs and the headboards were really dusty. I paid $250!!! And slept in the office chair. The base boards were hanging off the vents to which we couldn’t use. It was freezing and no heat! A little electric fireplace that heated up approx 2 ft around it. Rotted holes in the baseboards. The stove and oven didn’t work. And on top of all that, you charge extra for using the kitchen? In a grotesque filthy room? Completely unacceptable and disgusting. The worst hotel I’ve ever slept in. For that price?! No way. Never again. No one even asked at checkout how our stay was. Just said I’m good, bye. The free breakfast consisted of water, juice boxes, cookies and cold bagels I’d have to toast for $15 in our room. What the actual crap is that? Not even margarine or cream cheese for it. All for the rip off price of $251 for a 10 hour stay. Oh and black beetle bugs all over the room. Probably because the AC was half hanging out the window fully exposed to outside. Thanks for that one. My god CLEAN THE CURTAINS and walls. There’s a pandemic. Clean your sheets and bedding, don’t reuse them just because they appear clean. Hide the rot holes. Do something. Because that place is cringe. It should of costed $50 to sleep there. Not $250.

Beds were really comfy. The color of the from reminds me of being in a house in the UK. Beige and brown which was fine I wish the windows were thicker to cancel out more sounds as I was woken up early by seagulls fighting over something and crows. I was quite surprised at the $30.00 a night parking :/ and $15.00 if you didn't wash your dishes.
