There was no hot water the whole time we were there! A few things broke in the room. There was a terrible smell in the entrance. It gave me a headache! We didn’t get new towels.

BED BUGS dropping on the headboard. Other friends unit at another Sonder unit actually had live bed bugs , dirty couches and dusty floors.
