This DOWNSTAIRS 2 bedroom apartment is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. This clean, spacious, self-contained accommodation fits 1- 4 sharing guests and additional sleeping can be provided by adding an extra bed to one of the bedrooms.

Each room has 2 twin beds which can be fitted together to create 1 king size on request.

The living room area opens on to a patio, perfect setting for your breakfast, soak up the sunshine while you sip a cool drink or relax in the late afternoon whiles the sun sets. Each has its own laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

For those who love to cook there is a fully equipped kitchen with small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and kettle. Complementary starter pack with coffee, tea and milk as well as basic toiletries is provided for all guests.

A short walk carries you onto the main South Coast road, an exceptional location in close proximity to everything a visitor could want during their vacation in paradise. The main bus route runs along this route and it is quite easy for anyone to get around using this mode of transportation. The South Coast provides numerous restaurants, banks, bars, nightlife, local street food and a supermarket in close proximity. A serene beach is a minuscule 1-minute (170 metres) walk across the road and only 5 minutes away is the renowned town of Oistins renowned for its fish fry.

I consider my accommodation a NO Frill space suitable for people on a budget, it is very clean and offers all the comforts and amenities to make a wonderful holiday. I also offer discounts and special rates to semi and long-term renters.
