Great stay in personal favorite.
I have stayed previously in this hotel but the renovavations have really increased the comfort of the place. The location is very convenient with great access to buses and underground.

Superb customer service from Guillaume!
Stayed here for one night, had to transfer from the Kyriad near Roland Garros. I was In Paris for the French Open Finals, on my way to Bordeaux for the summer. The room was fantastic, large comfortable bed with a superb standing shower and plenty of hot water. Very friendly staff! Dropped my luggage earlier than check in on my way to stadium and the young woman who took it assured me it would be fine until I arrived back in the evening, and It was. Checking out on Monday was a little tricky due to traffic and rain and my two pieces of heavy luggage. I could not find a taxi and I was going to take an Uber to Gare Montparnasse for 40 euro. Guillaume, managing director of hotel, said no way! much to high a fare and spent 25 min or more on the telephone to get me a taxi for half the fare. Superb customer service and I will stay here, again, when I am in Paris for the French Open.

Stayed in the single room, would not stay in that room again as the bathroom not well designed, basically put in for necessity, but the toilet is not usable.
