Really enjoyed my stay here! I stayed here with my wife and children for a couple of days and it was in a good location as we could explore the city easily. The hotel decor was fantastic, and the decorations for Christmas were amazing. The breakfast downstairs was also really nice and yummy, and the staff overall were warm and welcoming - they always said hello to us every morning.

Had been hoping for an excellent stay based on reviews and features but unfortunately it didn't live up expectations. Pros: beautiful room, great foyer, excellent food at the on-site restaurants and the staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful. It's also central and easy to explore from. Cons: the room, while stylish was missing the basic features, like a small fridge, or any storage at all which would have made the stay a little more comfortable. The noise from the street and the neighbouring guests was extreme and constant. Not sure I've ever stayed anywhere noisier. Impossible to relax. The staff asked us to sign a non smoking agreement which was fine, except for the fact the kitchen staff spent all of their breaks smoking directly underneath the hotel windows filling the room with a constant supply of smoke. With the windows closed it was sweltering with no air conditioning in the rooms. Sorry to say I can't recommend this place unless your a 20 yr old smoker. If you're convinced by the room photos and location then please request a room on a high floor and preferably not one that faces the street if sleeping is part of your plan.

I expected a more comfortable room than what I got. I have never paid that much money for any hotel room in any major city centre . Coffee and tea was terrible. Very limited space for my luggage and this was a room with King size bed? I don't think so. Next time in Copenhagen I do something different. Sincerely

Trendy hotel, good location. Warm weather during my stay and there isn't any air conditioning.

Located in the historic center, consisting of a number of century old Copenhagen apartment buildings that have been put together and renovated, you feel like a local with you own small apartment in the city furnished with classic Danish design furniture and a bike waiting for you in the yard. Ask for a room not facing the front of the hotel, which is located on a street with some traffic, if you are bothered by a bit of noise. You can find much grander hotels with more stars and luxury. This is for people looking for that specific local atmosphere.

Great location for getting around. Easy to get to from the airport via train (recommended as it’s fun and you don’t need to change lines) but also taxi if you have more luggage. They have free wine hour every day 5-6pm - a great way to meet people. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Cool vibe and nice design. Beds were comfortable and nice rooms. Overall, a great place for a weekend or short trip.
