Great Hotel
We stayed just one night and were impressed with this hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel was spotless. There was a refrigerator, Keurig, and microwave in the room. The only negative was that the room will only go to 65 degrees. We like to sleep in a much cooler room all year round and this kept us from having a great nights sleep.

Room not cleaned from previous guests! Gross!
Check-in process was fine but when I went to room it had not been cleaned. A bag of trash on floor and beds clearly not changed. Desk clerk got me another room. Not impressed. They should have a better accounting system for which rooms have been serviced. I’ve stayed here once before without problems and have 2 future nights booked. Expect that next time will be better or will consider other places.

I have never received such horrible customer service in my entire life. I was nearly brought to tears after calling to simply inquire as to why there were MULTIPLE “holding” fees being taken out of my account when there should have only been 1…the “man” was degrading, belittling, absolutely disgusting in how he was speaking to me and my 12 year old son heard the entire interaction and was VERY upset. I then woke up the next day with even MORE fees being taken out of my account ($250 as of now-this does NOT include the room charge that was also removed from my bank). I am a single mother with 2 children-one of which has special needs-I rely on the money in my account to support my children. This “gentleman” shouldn’t be in hospitality if he is going to be so grossly inappropriate. Tragically, he is the general manager. *Jeff* I will never stay at this hotel again, or ANY hotel affiliated with this man, and I highly recommend others take caution when booking with this location.

electrical outlets on one side if the bed didn't work, towel bar in bathroom was ready to fall off the wall, power button to raise and lower blinds would work sometimes and not others. bathroom sink looked like it was about to separate from the counter top. a bit of a shock since its a very new hotel.

GREAT ALL AROUND
I had a great room on the 1st floor. I got a free upgrade from 2 dbl beds to 1 king bed. Room was very clean. I was very comfortable and no one rushed me out on checkout day. I would definitely stay here again. I also highly recommend it.
