The receptionist at check in made us feel welcome the moment we set foot in the hotel and set the tone for the rest of our stay; very friendly, professional and helpful. Quite close to a metro station and about 25 minutes walk from Gamla Stan. Room was very clean and very adequate. Free water (still and sparkling) from machines in hallways on most floors. Very loud neighbors. Well probably just thin walls and ceiling. Room walls were grimy with a three foot crack that seems related to a water leak. Worst of all was the bathroom which is a shower next to the toilet. So if you plan to use the toilet post shower the floor is wet where you stand. What the actual.. Bed was kinda comfy though.
