Very noisy. Hot tub didn’t work. Coffee maker in the room didn’t work. Gave me a frozen jimmy dean sandwich for my breakfast. All breakfast products were behind front desk. A lot of things disappointed me.

Best in the Area
We stayed here for four days. The staff was especially nice and helpful. This was the third time we’ve stayed at this hotel and we will continue to stay here. We visit family nearby. There are many restaurants and stores to go to for something to do. We feel safe staying here.

No extra towels.
My daughter and I stayed for the weekend for a dance convention. Everything was good, but was not able to get extra towels. I had asked for extra wash cloths and hand towels and was told by the front desk no. Lisa who was working asked if I was going to use them to take makeup off. I don't think that the front desk should ask why or how you are using a towel.

Clean, safe, updated. Went to front desk a couple of times for a few different things and there was nobody there. After waiting for awhile I just left and called the hotel later while I was out to ask. There should be more handicap parking. The complimentary lemon water container in the lobby had gradually gone down during our 4 night stay (not sure how long that water should have really stayed in there and how long it had been in there before our arrival). Disappointed that they were not offering full hot breakfast as advertised. Overall, it was a nice hotel for the price, would stay again.
