The bed mattress was the worst part it kind of had a hole in the middle where you sunk into it but everything else was just perfect. I wish they had a smart TV but other than that again perfect

2/10 Poor

The room we stayed in looked absolutely NOTHING like any of the photos online. It was old, dirty and in terrible condition. I can only speak to the room we stayed in for the night. I’ll add pictures of the room. However, the staff is absolutely amazing!! I feel bad leaving them a bad review because they are truly nice folks!! Breakfast and coffee was fine too.

Great check in and very close to the main town. I found the room to be a bit musty but I guess it’s okay for a one night stay. We were downstairs and could hear someone walking on the hardwood floors above us.

Perfect for a one night stay on the way up to Acadia. Room was clean but could use a little updating. Breakfast was perfect before we headed out in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Convenient location. Priced accurately for state of hotel. We knew what we were getting. Beds were comfortable but overall not the cleanest & pretty rundown.

We stayed for 4 nights. Room was clean and having a mini kitchen was a bonus! The pool area was nice. There was a designated smoking area that had a couple of tables and seating areas. I’m a non-smoker (traveled with a smoker) and found the area a great place to sit and chat. There were barely any smokers around. We met some great travelers; there was a nice vibe about the place. Staff are great- super helpful.

Room was clean except for black dog hair on the sheets. Break f ast was only served until 9am. Extending that till 11am would make me happy. Im on vacation! Im not getting up at the Crack of dawn for a free breakfast.

A clean specious room in a nice motel style inn. A driving distance to town.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Bare bones place to spend the night. Nothing much to talk about. Bed was clean though bathroom left much to be desired. We had a kitchenette but the pots were all scratched up - unusable, drawers were falling apart and fridge was leaking.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Our room the first night was not so great. It was damp and musty smelling. We noticed that water was seeping up between the joints on the laminate flooring. Our room (#124) was at ground level and it had rained earlier that day. We asked to be moved to a different room, preferably 2nd floor. They were fully booked that night and could not accommodate our request, but offered to move us for the second night. We agreed and the second night they moved us to a 2nd floor room with a kitchenette at no additional charge. The front desk staff(day and night) were very helpful and kind. The property is older with some improvements over the years, but definitely needs more attention. The pool was warm and clean. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. The location was good for what we wanted to do(beach and dining).

Great and convenient spot! Close to Portsmouth and we enjoyed the pool.

8/10 Very good

One night stay. Totally serviceable. The only issue I had was the bathroom had a terrible musty odor, likely due to poor plumbing. Otherwise, it’s 5 minutes from downtown Portsmouth, 15 minutes from beaches, easily accessed, and a good option for a quick stay.
