Don't stay there
We liked pictures of hotel on Expedia and it says it has AC... When we arrived on 16 th of October temperature in Paris was 27degrees. We tried to turn on AC just to find it's not working. Front desk told us they shut off AC at the end of summer so we should open windows. We have 3 year old daughter who has Ezcma so she needs to stay in cool environment while sleeping and it wasn't the case. We paid not cheap for 3 star IBIS based on London IBIS experience which was fine but this one is really 1 star if any at all. First night got no sleep due to baby scratching non stop because AC IS off and when you have windows open incredible amount of noise come inside so there you go. They know about noise because you can buy earplugs near elevator for 3 € per pack. We barely got any sleep on 3 days we spent there. Also pictures on Expedia are from another property as it doesn't look like one we stayed in. Had we known what it looks like and how much run down it is we would've never stayed there. We tried breakfast first day which was fine but once we decided to check coffee cups and juice glasses before getting some we were surprised they were dirty so used single use cups instead. Room carpet was stained heavily,Bathroom ceiling has mild, door handle cover on inside falling off,TV shelf side is torn. Of course expect answer as we working on issues like they don't see every day. Check pictures I attached.SHAME.

Don't stay unless you pay holiday inn prices!
The room was ok for a solo person. I think the hotel use to be a Holiday Inn, and you can definitely tell. The wals had cracks in them and the towels sucks. Also, my biggest disappointment was trying to get an iron. The hotel only has two irons for the entire hotel. This was horrible as i had been traveling around Europe for two weeks and this was my last place on my trip, so you can imagine my clothes would be wrinkle. The staff could care less about helping me, so on the second day of waiting for an iron, i had to ask to spek with the manager. The manager went over and beyond to help me get an iron, even after having to go to two othwe Ibis hotels she was finally able get me one and i appreciated the effort. This hotel is not worth the price. The great thing about this hotel is location as it is right around the corner from the train station and several restaurants, bars, and even a corner store is nearby.

Would not recommend at all.
My daughter and two college friends were staying at this hotel when two grown men busted into their hotel room at 3am in the morning from an adjoining room door. The girls were completely freaked out which is to be expected. The hotel staff switched rooms the next morning but only gave them two twin beds pushed together and there were three girls sharing this room. Once in the second room they also discovered the A/C in the second room was broken. So they are snuggling and hot. I am the mother of one of the girls who got the frantic text message about the grown men busting into the room. Anyone seen the movie Taken? I went into full on Mom panic mode. The language barrier was difficult. The location was chosen due to the closeness of the train station and one of the girls coming in from London. All three girls were studying abroad this summer, this was supposed to be a fun weekend. Very disappointed in this hotel.

Inspect the room
I asked for an iron and an ironing board because there was not one in the room. I was provided an old iron where I was unaware there was exposed wiring on the chord. When I began ironing my shirt, I unexpectedly felt pulsating jolts of energy (4 in total) throughout my entire right arm that I've never experienced before. I then realized I was just electrocuted. I gripped onto the iron so hard and not until the chord slipped off my wrist did the jolts stop. It left 2 marks on my wrist. I showed it to the front staff and they apologized. I have photos of the 2 marks post-electrocution if you'd like to see.

get what you paid
The main reason to choose this hotel is the price and the location. Very close to gare d lest train staion and metro. The room was clean quiet but very small, hardly walk. Bed is not very comfy, not a real bed though, sponge maybe :) but we easily slept after 20000 step in paris. We couldnt check in early, they let us leave our luggages to locked luggage room which is good but the girls at the reception could show more interest when they see us with luggages, no welcome no nothing, not a good day for them maybe. Breakfast was good and costs 10.5eur per person.
