This was my first solo vacation, and my first time in Mexico...SLS Cancun Hotel was so kind, accommodating, and friendly. The service was impeccable! This a beautiful hotel and it is not all inclusive. This hotel is a little ways further than where the all inclusive hotels are, but on the same strip. I stayed in a beautiful king ocean view suite on the 4th floor. My view of the beach, pool, and ocean was serene. The beach was quiet and often felt like I had the beach to myself relaxing, eating the delicious fish tacos and drinking tasty margaritas. My Spa day at the hotel was everything a girl could dream of. First I had a hydro treatment which included a steaming, a dry sauna, a cold dip in the water followed by an outside jacuzzi experience. Then it was time for my 50 min massage....Amazing Experience. The hotel made dinner reservations for me at Harry's, relieving me to just enjoy my vacation. I also made round trip accommodations for their driving service to pick me up from the airport on arrival and drop me off on departure. The driver was driving a new grey stylish suburban. I truly enjoyed my four day stay and I felt very welcomed in every way. I will return!

Hotel is clean and welcoming. Had a complimentary room upgrade, which was very nice. It is Located away from everything and transportation was really expensive! The food and drinks at the hotel are overpriced. A tall can of beer was around $25-$30.. We were charged twice for a transaction and has been a big headache to try to have that reimbursed.
