This was horrible. We walked into the front door and was meet with a blast of fresh cigarette smoke (even though it was posted as a non smoking hotel everywhere) the clerk seemed to be smoking. We checked in and he was very rude and short on his response. We went to our rooms and the first one had bugs and mold in the tub. The smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling. The second had no lights at all and again smelled of smoke.

The room was really small and just looked grubby and outrageously priced for what you got

    Clean, Friendly Staff and Safe
The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean and tidy. My room was comfortable and well maintained. The parking lot is well lit and no thoughts of my car being broken into. Remember this is a low cost provider, and for the money this was a great option. Walking distance to fast food, restaurants and a grocery store.

BED BUGS GALORE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!
Minute’s after my son laid on the bed he felt something on his arm. He killed a bed bug and found 3 more on his leg and arm. They grabbed their luggage and fled immediately. Took the dead bugs to the front desk and gave them to the manager. He apologized and said they would be refunded for the 3 nights they were going to stay. Wouldn’t stay there if it were free!!! They state they disinfect rooms etc. now that is a lie!! It was almost midnight before they find another hotel.

    Dirty Dump
The location was convenient, only about 10 minutes away from Dollywood. Definitely would not stay here again though. The man at the front desk was unfriendly. Room was tiny and dirty. Stuck on food in refrigerator, hair in bathroom sink, smoke detector was hanging by a wire from the ceiling, odd blueish stains on the bench cushion, and shower looked to grimy to use. Ironically housekeeping knocked at the door twice (945am and 1015am) before checkout time. Hopefully that was an indication that other rooms were cleaner than hours. Definitely overpriced and would not stay here again!

    Very good 8.0
I’m pretty sure this hotel used to be a Microtel. Bathrooms were very small. Beds weren’t overly comfortable, but we still slept fine. Convenient location.

    Not wat i expected
If ur staying for a night just to rest ur head its okay, room was very small, out dated, bed hard as a rock, bathroom door was a slide with a chuck out if it and didn't lock, bathroom toiletries were not wat was in picture on line, to be honest all three toiletries that were left were 3 different brands, smh...and room has paper thin walls, need i go on...will not stay again and will not recommend. Online pics and details were not honest.
