    Average Hotel

Hotel was in a great location in PEI to walk down to the bordwalk along the water. Also close to a tasty Italian Restaurant with delicious pizza. The breakfast Spot Restaurant is next door. Hotel rooms need some upgrades especially the mattresses.

Very clean and pleasant staff, however the beds are not comfy and are unstable. Too much pressure in the showers, pitch your skins and shower curtains stick to you because of airflow. Didn’t like to exit to a different building to get access to a pool, kind of sketchy area to walk and glad it wasn’t in winter. Sticky smell in the pool area and slimish water. Great location for downtown stores and restaurant. Breakfast spot beside wasn’t great neither. Price is decend for what you get. Nice lobby.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. I was disappointed in the lack of electrical outlets in the room and the lack of light. There were only two dim lamps and no light in the entrance way. The bathroom sink had not vanity placing for make-up and toiletries. They were doing renovations and there was no one at the front desk when I was checking out at around 7:45 am. I was told by the construction workers to pick up a wall phone in between the entry doors to call someone to check me out, but the phone was not working. The drain in the shower was slow and I ended up standing up to my ankles in dirty water during my morning shower. I suggest that the hotel remove the large TV armorer and replace it with a dresser as it blocks light from the window and the corner lamp and breaks up the room. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. For an early spring (cold / snowy) off season mid-week stay, the rate was a bit high for an out dated hotel.

Hotel staff were not friendly. Hotel rooms could be cleaner. Ask front desk for coat hangers and did not get. Stairways had open beer can left on steps for days. The pool was old and needed to be cleaned. The restaurant Local 311 was terrible service took over 1 1/2 to get our meal. Noticed a lot of people leaving because of the service. Terrible parking at the Hotel. Only positive thing was it was close to down town.

    Bed issue.

The room needed a little bit of work. Baseboard falling off the wall and the television was old. Our bed seemed a little to soft but our friends said that there beds were fine.
