Serviço deixou muito a desejar, restaurante fraco e demorava mais de 1h30 para entregar um prato no quarto (kids), crianças passando fome com a demora. A estrutura kids também deixou muito a desejar, tudo muito simples e com pouquíssima opção de brinquedos. Almoço fraco por um preço caríssimo, no café da manhã abrimos um creamcheese e ele estava mofado.

Filas e esperas para repor comida no buffet foram cenas que se repetiram em todas as situações de refeição. Pratos sujos em cima das mesas no café da manhã demonstravam o despreparo. Não recomendamos e não retornaremos mais sendo uma experiência bem ruim.

Reservei um quarto, mas não havia informação clara de que era em um prédio separado e longe do complexo de piscinas, restaurante e áreas de lazer. Tinha que caminhar um monte sob um sol escaldante. Fiquei extremamente frustrado. Fui com a família para um fim de semana de lazer e descanso e me deparei com um quarto longe, tinha que caminhar sob o sol e valor para aproveitar o lazer e gastronomia. Tentei mudar o quarto para ala principal e simplesmente disseram que tinha que pagar. Contra minha vontade paguei mais um alto valor em relação a reserva para poder mudar para um quarto mais próximo. Quarto com ar condicionado super barulhento. Uma das luzes quando apagava ela ficava meio acesa. Clareando o ambiente. Experiência das piores que já tive em um hotel dessa categoria. Me senti enganado. As fotos não evidenciam que o quarto é em um edifício separado. A Hotéis.com não deixa eu relatar todos os problemas, sempre me exigem que eu refaça o texto. Não usei nenhuma palavra pejorativo, mas não deixam eu falar os reais problemas. Tem outros em Foz que não tem esses problemas com valor compatível.

Experiência bem aquém da ultima que tive no resort (2024) Desta vez na meia pensão estavam me cobrando 35 reais por pessoa para fazer uma simples troca de jantar para almoço (que diferença isso faz? pra mim uma cobrança totalmente indevida). Sugiro não reservar pensões aqui (embora o preço seja caríssimo no hotel de 159,90 por pessoa no buffet livre, e a qualidade nem ta la essas coisas atualmente também) achei as equipes em geral desta vez bem menos atenciosas também por todos esses motivos acima, nao paguei os 10% opcionais, e nao pretendo retornar no resort mais (muito caro, um dos mais caros de foz para uma experiencia deste tipo)
