It was quiet and relaxing.

Worst hotel experience ever. Lady at the desk was cool. Everything there after was horrible. Drug dealers in the parking lot. Room stinks and is nasty. Bedding had dirt stains and god know what else. Tape on the curtains... I mean how hard is it to pull that off when cleaning. Then at midnight someone on the outside of the building was tapping on the wall of the bathroom. Sounded like whoever was trying to break in or make a hole in the wall. Idk but I was so very uncomfortable and frustrated. Bed wasn’t too bad as far as comfortability. Parking lot is tiny with odd shaped spots. I’ll never stay here again. Don’t recommend to anyone

A employee named Jonathan was very rude

The pictures of the rooms were deceptive and made them seem larger and cleaner than the room was. The appearance of the hotel was on the shabby side and appeared run down.

We had a great stay the staff is friendly and genuinely good people. The accommodations were wonderfully clean and comfortable. Thanks to all.

The first night we where there was good. But the second night was the worest night i have every had in a hotel. The fire alarm went off. Which is fine. But none of the staff was communicating with any other customers as to what was going on. When they finally turned off the alarm none of the staff told us it was okay to go back into the building we finally had to find someone to ask them. Every time we went down to the lobby the staff had their family visiting so we had to go through the staffs family to even talk to staff. Then I don't know what the problem was but there was a room across from ours that they were working on or had some flood or something but they had huge fans going all night long and they were suctioning up the carpet are running vacuums all night but all night long we heard people talking loud over the huge fans that were blowing and the huge vacuums that were sucking up the carpet. I paid a lot of money to stay in that hotel room and it was the worst night ever.

Beds and pillows were super hard. Hotel called me at 2030 the night of check in to make sure i was still coming. Arrived shortly after and waited 10 minutes for anyone to come to front desk to check me in. Rang bell and called multiple times with no answer. Maid woke me up at 0900 trying to clean my room, check out time want until 1100

Bedding was dirty with either makeup or blood. My daughter slept in sweats, long sleeve hooded sweatshirt with the hood on, and socks because the bedding appeared to not have been washed and she didn’t want her skin touching it. Woman at front desk was awesome at check in and really the only positive part of the stay. I felt bad for her having to clean up vomit in the parking lot from someone who wasn’t a guest. She stayed sweet and positive the whole time though. There was a group of young men smoking pot in the parking lot just around the right corner of the entrance and when we pulled into a spot to park could clearly see a man smoking what appeared to be a joint inside his first floor room. The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke for being a non-smoking hotel. The first floor would easily set off someone’s asthma just walking down the hallway.

As soon as I walked in I noticed the curtains were off a couple of hooks hanging down. The ceiling was stained, the bedspread was stained. They painted over pealing paint and old non filled holes. The walls and door frames are scuffed and old. I didn’t feel relaxed a comfortable in a clean room. The public hall had a dirty towel on the floor and look rundown and unkept.

False advertising! This was not even the same hotel room that the pictures had shown. You definitely get what you paid for with this hotel.
