What an incredible stay. From the very start meeting the incredibly charming & lovely Micheal on the front door dealing with our car, he went above & beyond, a true legend. Room was lovely and spacious, very comfortable bed. I found that the staff on the front desk ignored me a couple of times when I wanted to ask something, they were not with other customers at the time. They were talking to each other, I waited a while and then gave up. Unfortunately when we stayed there was lots of building work going on and it was very noisy and not very relaxing. I felt that there should be a discount on the price of the room because of this or maybe a complimentary breakfast.
