Nice hotel in Lyon
Good hotel near the city center, nice friendly staff. Would recommend it to friends.

Fair 4.0
Quite disappointing. Our room was 6xx, which we thought was the sixth floor. The elevator stopped at the sixth floor, but our room was more flight of stairs - difficult for 70 plus folks to negotiate while schlepping heavy luggage. Our room was stifling hot with no air conditioning. The room was tiny- I believe jail cells are larger. To top it all off we really wanted to take showers but there was no hot water. The guy at the front desk shrugged his shoulders and said that on the top floors we had to let the water run until it got hot enough. Iran the shower for four or five minutes and the water remained very cold. I gave up trying to take a shower. We had chosen this hotel because it was within walking distance of our river cruise and because it had received some favorable reviews. Bottom line: this was not a good choice.

Good building, bad Hotel
Hotel with good possibilities, but terrible managment. In the room no airconditioner. Becouse my room was on the west side, had to open the windows, but the street was very noisy. The Breakfast is poor, and expensive. The crew not friendly. In the bed wasn't possible to sleep well, mattress was old, and bad.
