Pros: the location cannot be beat. You're steps from Pike Place Market, and with access to bikes and scooters everywhere it's a great place to set up a home base. I had the studio, and while it may be a bit cramped for two people, it's perfect for solo travelers. Cons: if you're a light sleeper and get one of the rooms with windows that face to the alley, it can get a bit loud at night. Kasa does provide earplugs and a white noise machine (which I didn't realize until the morning I left - whoops!), but just be prepared. The showers are also a bit cramped, but no worse than when you went to college. Things to be aware of: you'll have to do the check-in process before you get there, so be ready to send photos of your drivers license, but the whole thing probably takes less time than if you were actually checking into a hotel. Also, there is no air conditioning. It's Seattle.

10/10 Exceptional

Excellent Location!
We stayed at Kasa The Oxford Seattle over an extended Labor Day weekend. The location is perfect for shopping, dining, Pike Place Market, and a bunch of Seattle attractions. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Clean and comfortable with a nice kitchenette. Our room was "alley-facing". From people yelling and shouting at 2am to the 4am trash pick-up every night, there was a lot of noise in the alley that regularly interrupted our sleep. Kasa does supply earplugs, fans, and a white noise maker to help cover the sounds. Although the stay and check-in is completely arranged online, Kasa was very communicative and responsive. There was a watermain break during our stay and they texted me and posted notices in the building that the water needed to be turned off for a period of time. They waited until everyone could get showers in the morning and had it back on by the evening. We even received bottled water and snacks from Kasa outside our door to help with the inconvenience. We also had a problem with the main door to the building. I reported it to Kasa and they had someone there to fix it immediately. We would definitely stay here again, maybe just in a room that isn't "alley-facing"!

Great location.
Beautiful place, very modern. The location is perfect. Nice spot on the city. But you can hear the noises from other apartments and the street noises are pretty loud. The place is clean with a small kitchen which is a plus.
